Sales & Customer Support Intern (Full-Time Internship)

Location : Hyderabad - Hybrid

Type : Full-Time Internship (3–6 months)

Stipend : ₹10k + bonus on conversion

Conversion : High-performing interns → Full-Time Executive

✨ The Role

We’re looking for a Sales & Customer Support Intern who loves talking to people, pays attention to detail, and wants to learn how modern D2C brands build relationships through great service.

You’ll help customers pick their perfect sleepwear on Instagram, WhatsApp, and our website , guide them through purchases, and make sure their post-purchase experience feels effortless and delightful.

🪄 What You’ll Do

Chat with customers on Instagram & WhatsApp — share products, answer queries, and assist with checkout.
Update customer details, queries, and orders in tracking systems (Google Sheets / CRM).
Coordinate returns, exchanges, and custom orders with the operations team.
Send follow-up messages, collect feedback, and help improve our customer experience.
Learn how to manage marketplace listings (Amazon / Myntra) with support from founders.

🎯 Learning Goals

Handle 80% of customer chats independently by Week 4 .

Maintain response time ≤12 mins .

Achieve 90% accuracy in system & tracker updates.

Learn tone consistency & product knowledge across all platforms.

⏰ Internship Details

Duration : 3–6 months full-time (Mon–Sat)

Time : 10 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM

Location : Jubliee Hills, HYderabad - Hybrid

Stipend : Upto ₹20k

Conversion : Based on performance, tone, and reliability
