Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Exhibition Telecaller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential exhibitors, explaining exhibition / event details, generating leads, and converting them into confirmed participants. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and experience in telesales or event promotions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential exhibitors and explain upcoming exhibition / event details.
- Generate leads, follow up regularly, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain and update client databases (CRM).
- Handle incoming calls and provide detailed information about exhibition participation, stall space, pricing, and event benefits.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for smooth communication and follow-ups.
- Achieve weekly and monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Send promotional emails and WhatsApp messages to prospective clients.
- Maintain daily call reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Build long-term relationships with exhibitors and sponsors.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.1–2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or exhibition / event sales.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.Fluency in English and Tamil / Hindi (as per location).Benefits :
