About the Role :

We are looking for passionate

AI Engineers

with hands-on experience in building and deploying advanced

agentic AI systems, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, and LLM-based applications . The ideal candidate will work on designing intelligent, production-grade systems leveraging modern AI frameworks and large language model APIs.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and optimize

AI / ML pipelines

for agentic and LLM-driven systems.

Build and deploy

RAG architectures

using

vector databases

(e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).

Integrate and fine-tune

LLMs

using APIs such as

OpenAI, Anthropic, or local LLMs (Llama, Mistral, etc.) .

Develop intelligent

AI agents

leveraging tools like

LangChain, LlamaIndex , or custom frameworks.

Collaborate with backend and data teams to productionize AI models.

Implement prompt engineering, evaluation, and optimization for LLM applications.

Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of deployed AI systems.

Stay updated on emerging trends in

Generative AI, Agent frameworks, and Retrieval systems .

Required Skills & Experience :

2–8 years of experience in

AI / ML application development .

Strong programming skills in

Python

and familiarity with frameworks like

LangChain, LlamaIndex , or

Hugging Face Transformers .

Deep understanding of

LLMs ,

RAG pipelines , and

vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS) .

Hands-on experience with

OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar LLM APIs .

Knowledge of

embeddings, text retrieval, and context management .

Strong grasp of

data structures, algorithms, and ML fundamentals .

Experience with

cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

and

containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)

is a plus.
