Job Summary :
The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role requires good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and basic knowledge of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and email configurations.
- Monitor system performance and ensure network security and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware failures.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware / software repairs and maintenance.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Assist with system upgrades, data backups, and antivirus management.
- Support setup for meetings, video conferences, and remote access tools.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and maintain service logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.6months to 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good communication and customer service skills.
