About BondIn

BondIn is India's first AI-driven playground network for developers — where engineers can practice system design, LLD, HLD, and more with AI-powered feedback. We're building a platform to help developers learn, prove their skills, and become super developers. Another vertical of Bondin enables professionals and experts to monetize their knowledge through 1 : 1 video sessions, digital product sales, and service packages

We're early stage and moving fast — and we're looking for 2 ambitious Marketing Interns who can own growth with us.

  • ???? Role : Marketing Intern (Growth & Outreach)
  • Location : Remote (occasional syncs in Hyderabad, India if needed)
  • Duration : 3 months (Sept–Nov 2025) — not a hard limit. The best minds will be extended into long-term roles.
  • Openings : 2 (Growth Content + Developer Outreach)

✨ What You'll Do

Growth Content Intern (Content + Reels)

  • Create and publish daily posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
  • Script and produce short-form reels (under 1–2 minutes) that grab attention.
  • Draft copy that feels human, not corporate — hooks that spark conversations.
  • Experiment with crazy, out-of-the-box ideas to go viral.

    • Developer Outreach Intern (Sales + Community Angle)

  • Identify and connect with developers, creators, and colleagues → personally pitch BondIn.
  • Run targeted outreach campaigns via LinkedIn DMs, emails, and community groups.
  • Onboard early adopters and creators (target : 5–10 per month).
  • Convert conversations → signups and paid subscribers.
  • Track outreach → report weekly numbers (attempts, responses, conversions).

    • Shared Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the founder to turn vision into content + sales.
  • Treat every post, reel, or DM as a sales channel — not just likes, but actual users.
  • Measure everything : followers, reach, signups, conversions.
  • ???? Stipend & Growth Model ( Performance-Based)
  • Month 1 : ₹15,000 (prove consistency & hustle)
  • Month 2 : ₹20,000 (if growth targets are met)
  • Month 3 : ₹25,000 (if you crush it with signups, reach, and impact)
  • ???? Total potential = ₹60,000 in 3 months per intern
  • ???? Top performer(s) may be offered a permanent role after the internship

    • ⚠️ Note : Salary will be increased based on performance — the above are ballpark numbers.

  • Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy
  • All that matters : your skills, hustle, and ability to deliver results.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Whether you're from a marketing background, engineering background, or no background at all — if you can grow BondIn, you're in.
