Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Content Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging and impactful learning experiences across diverse formats such as micro-courses, roleplays, and simulations. The ideal candidate is passionate about simplifying complex topics, has strong writing skills, and thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments. What you'll do

Design engaging learning content across formats — quizzes, micro-courses, roleplays, simulations, and more.

Simplify complex topics into clear, structured, learner-friendly modules.

Collaborate with SMEs and product teams to shape impactful learning journeys.

Contribute to building mple’s growing content library across domains and use cases.

Experiment with prompt engineering to enhance learner engagement and content relevance.

Apply if

1–3 years of experience in instructional design, content writing, education, or related fields.

A passion for creating content that drives real learning outcomes.

Strong writing skills — clear, concise, and learner-focused.

Interest in learning design, edtech, or L&D.
