Go Nature is an online / offline holistic community focused on teaching people to connect more with nature and promote sustainable practices. Founded by Mr. Vishal Saini, a Qualified Naturopath specializing in Food Nutrition, the organization aims to heal and educate individuals on wellness through Naturopathy and Nutrition.

Responsibilities :

Handle all official company emails and ensure timely, professional, and accurate communication across departments.

Draft, review, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the organization in a clear and concise manner.

Maintain communication records and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and professionalism.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all coaches’ queries, concerns, and updates .

Attend and actively participate in 3-hour workshops, advanced sessions (Google / Infosys-level systems) , and other learning programs to enhance communication skills and strategic understanding.

Attend high-value workshops and diamond sales sessions to gain insights into communication psychology and apply the acquired knowledge to improve the company’s internal and external communication practices. Contribute to developing internal communication templates, SOPs, and training resources for the team.

Maintain a strong sense of confidentiality, professionalism, and accountability in all interactions.

Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities by handling multiple client interactions concurrently without compromising on service quality or attention to detail. or Demonstrates flexibility and efficiency in managing any task assigned as per immediate requirements.

Qualifications :

Applicants must hold a Bachelor's Degree in English Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.

Knowledge of wellness, naturopathy, or nutrition is a plus.

Proficiency in English Communication—both spoken and written—is essential.

Experience using CRM tools and call management systems.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Adhere to approved scripts and tone guidelines while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation Tone& style.

Willingness to attend regular workshops and implement practical learning outcomes.
