Senior Engineer- Structures

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer-Structures to join our team in Mumbai this pivotal role you will lead and oversee structural engineering projects ensuring the highest standards of quality safety and efficiency.

• Develop and review structural designs for various construction projects
• Perform complex structural calculations and analysis using advanced software tools
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction
• Create detailed technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct site visits to assess structural integrity and provide expert recommendations
• Ensure compliance with local building codes safety standards and industry best practices
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the overall growth of the structural engineering team
• Participate in project planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines and budget constraints
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends technologies and innovative structural solutions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and methodologies

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering; Masters degree preferred
• Hands on experience in ETABS & SAFE
• 6-10 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on project engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification
• Extensive knowledge of concept design buildability detailed design and construction techniques
• Proficiency in structural analysis software and 3D modeling tools
• Strong understanding of CAD standards and experience with 3D working environments
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in India
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality structural engineering solutions
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development
