Job Description : System Engineer
- We are looking for a skilled Endpoint System Engineer to manage, maintain, and support endpoint devices and operating systems, focusing on laptops (Windows, macOS), desktops, and mobile phones (iOS, Android) using UEM platforms like Intune, Workspace ONE, or Jamf.
Key Responsibilities- End-User Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for endpoint devices, including laptops, desktops, and mobile phones.
- UEM Platform Management: Administer UEM platforms for device enrollment, policy enforcement, security settings, and application deployment across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Device Configuration: Deploy, configure, and manage OS (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android), applications, security patches, and updates via UEM platforms.
- User Lifecycle Management: Manage user onboarding, offboarding, and account provisioning within the UEM environment for endpoint devices.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce MDM/MAM policies, manage certificates, and ensure compliance with security standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Security, Network, and Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless endpoint integration and operations.
- Incident & Problem Management: Investigate and resolve complex issues, conduct root cause analysis, and escalate to appropriate teams as needed.
Qualifications & Skills- Experience: Proven experience in IT support focused on endpoint device management for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android systems.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Active Directory and networking fundamentals. Endpoint security, and scripting (PowerShell/Bash) knowledge is advantage.
- UEM Expertise: Hands-on experience with platforms like Microsoft Intune, Workspace ONE, or Jamf.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, collaborative, and customer service skills.
