Required Total Experience : 7-10 years

Work location : Hyderabad.

Required Technical Skill Set :

  • 7+ Years Hands-on development experience on Proxy, Private Access, DLPVPN

MUST HAVE :

  • Hands-on development experience on Zscaler Proxy, ZIA, ZPA, ZCC, ZDX, DLP.

    • GOOD TO HAVE :

  • Firewall, VPN, NAC.

    • Education : UG / PG must.

    Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

    ZIA :

  • Manage, configure, and support ZIA policies, web filtering, URL categorization, firewall and SSL inspection.
  • Troubleshoot internet access, authentication, application access, and performance issues.
  • Analyze ZIA logs and Nanolog data to identify traffic patterns, anomalies, and threats.
  • Configure and manage GRE / IPSec tunnels and PAC files.
  • Handle escalations related to content filtering, SSL decryption, and bandwidth control.
  • Integrate ZIA with identity providers (Azure AD, Okta, SAML, LDAP).
  • Optimize ZIA policies based on security best practices and business needs.
  • Manage and monitor Zscaler App (Z-App) deployment, updates, and health status.

    • ZPA :

  • Configure and maintain ZPA policies, application segments, and connectors.
  • Troubleshoot ZPA connectivity issues, including App Connector failures and segment misconfigurations.
  • Perform user access validation and resolve remote access issues.
  • Collaborate with application teams for new ZPA onboarding and testing
  • Monitor and optimize ZPA performance and resource utilization.
  • Integrate ZPA with third-party identity providers for secure Zero Trust Access.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting for TCP / UDP connections through ZPA tunnels.
  • Perform regular ZPA policy reviews and clean-ups.

    • DLP :

  • Configure Zscaler DLP policies to protect sensitive data across ZIA and ZPA
  • Monitor DLP alerts, incidents, and generate reports for compliance audits.
  • Analyze false positives / negatives and fine-tune DLP rules
  • Collaborate with compliance and data governance teams on DLP strategies.
  • Create custom DLP dictionaries, regex, and machine learning classifiers.
  • Escalate complex DLP use-cases to Zscaler TAC for further analysis.
  • Perform health checks, monitoring, and incident response for ZIA, ZPA, and DLP.
  • Work closely with Zscaler TAC and engineering for critical escalations and RCA.
  • Stay updated with Zscaler new features, releases, and best practices.
  • Provide regular training, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to L1 / L2 teams.
  • Strong understanding of networking (TCP / IP, DNS, HTTP / HTTPS, VPNs)
  • Knowledge of networking fundamentals routing switching VLANs SPANs TCP IP protocols. Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices.
  • Zscaler certifications like ZCCA-IA, ZCCA-PA, ZCCP-IA / PA are preferred.
