Role Description

This is a full-time role located in Kolkata for a Senior Manager – Sales HRBP & Talent Acquisition. The role involves overseeing and managing the Sales HRBP function, developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies, partnering with sales leaders to support business objectives, and ensuring effective recruitment processes. The Senior Manager will also be responsible for driving HR initiatives, facilitating employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRBP and Talent Acquisition roles
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Experience in the iron and steel industry is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• PGDM / MBA in Human Resources
