Key Responsibilities
Drive HR strategy aligned with business and sustainability goals.
Lead recruitment across plant, field, and corporate roles.
Oversee HR operations, payroll, and compliance with labour and EHS regulations.
Build capability and performance programs for a diverse, purpose-driven workforce.
Foster employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
Support ESG and CSR-linked people programs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent, with 6-8years of experience (5+ in a leadership / generalist role).
Experience in waste management, recycling, manufacturing, or logistics, manufacturing, infrastructure, waste water management
Strong knowledge of labour laws, multi-site workforce management, and EHS practices.
