The Cloud Platform engineer is responsible for platform engineering in Azure / AWS including data pipeline monitoring & recovery, CI / CD & Infrastructure as Code, scripting & automation, Major Incident closure and Liaise with Vendors & partner teams for root cause analysis and troubleshooting Azure / AWS PaaS services

Mandatory Skills :

5+ Years of professional experience in managing enterprise grade Big Data Platforms using Azure / AWS tech stack using Data platform engineering services.

Hands-on experience in designing and developing cloud IaaS and PaaS on Azure

Proficiency in orchestration, CI / CD, Infrastructure as Code in Azure / AWS

Proficiency in scripting and automation using Terraform

Ensure Azure production stability, Major Incident closure and Liaise with Microsoft & partner teams for root cause analysis and troubleshooting of Azure PaaS services including Data Factory, Databricks & Synapse Analytics

Databricks platform experience is a plus

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred

Good communication & Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and partner teams

Must be a quick learner & Self-starter who requires minimal supervision.
