6–8 years of experience in client servicing roles, preferably within creative or integrated marketing agencies.
- Strong exposure to mainline as well as digital mandates (social media, performance, content, video, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive operational clarity under pressure.
- A keen sense of structure, scheduling, and time management—with the ability to course-correct in real-time.
- High emotional intelligence and a natural instinct for conflict resolution, communication, and proactive planning.
- A deep desire to create impact through strong delivery systems, client success, and team performance
