Position Summary

The

Sr. Analyst – Accelerator

will be a critical member of SwitchON’s

Greenovation Hub , strengthening sourcing, evaluation, and support of climate-focused startups and NGOs. The role requires strong analytical ability, financial acumen, research skills, and excellent communication to work effectively with founders, investors, and grassroots innovators.

Key Responsibilities

Opportunity Hunting

Scout high-potential startups and grassroots organisations via research, events, and networks

Identify solutions in climate tech, agri-tech, renewable energy, and clean air sectors

Evaluation & Investment Support

Analyse business models, traction, team capabilities, and financial health

Prepare investment memos and financial models; assist with presentations to investment committees

Founder Readiness & Documentation

Build structured data rooms and investor-ready documentation

Support accelerator programs (bootcamps, pitch days) with content and reporting

Sector Research & Insights

Conduct in-depth research to track trends and create reports / whitepapers

Provide insights to guide pipeline development and fund strategy

Team Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with the core investment and program team

Represent EarthON in external stakeholder engagements (founders, investors, NGOs, ecosystem players)

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Educational Qualification

No strict requirement; exposure to entrepreneurship, E-Cells, or startup ecosystems preferred

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields is a plus

Experience

3-5 years of relevant experience in startups, consulting, or strategy

Experience in climate innovation, sustainability, or accelerator / incubator programs is desirable
