Job Type : Full-time | Permanent

Salary : Up to ₹20 LPA + 23% Variable Pay

Our client, a major global consulting firm, is looking for talented SAP Platforms Analysts / Consultants to join their team. You will be part of a high-performing consulting group that drives large-scale SAP S / 4 HANA ERP transformations for top global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver SAP S / 4 HANA ERP-enabled business design, value assessments, and process optimization.
Act as a Functional Solution Architect, handling end-to-end client proposals and solutions.
Collaborate with global clients to define requirements, solutions, and roadmaps.
Support business development through proposals, solution plans, and delivery approaches.
Work on large-scale SAP transformation & implementation programs.
Design innovative SAP solutions and create proof of concepts when required.

Must-Have Skills

Functional expertise in SAP FICO / SD / MM / EWM / IBP.

3–7 years of SAP S / 4 HANA experience.

Experience in 2–3 large SAP implementation / transformation engagements.

Hands-on experience with 4–5 SAP RFP solutioning projects.

Strong problem-solving, project management, and client-facing skills.

Excellent communication & presentation abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills

Exposure to industrial verticals.

Design thinking & business process optimization.

Strong analytical & stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in fast-paced consulting environments.

Education

MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 Business School is required.
