Lead - Electrical

Accountabilities

• Supervise the installation of solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and other equipment on site.
• Ensure that all work is carried out safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that it is completed on time and within budget.
• Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure that the project is delivered to the required quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and tests to ensure that the solar system is operating correctly and efficiently.
• Prepare reports and documentation on project progress and technical specifications.
• Liaise with customers and stakeholders to ensure that their needs and requirements are met.
• Manage and supervise the work of other engineers, technicians, and contractors on site.
• Post erection / installation complete the inspection and testing checklists mentioning the observations, if any. In case of major observations / Defects, notify site management and issue Quality NCRs / Observation reports to EPC Partners and subsequent follow-ups to get the detects / observations cleared.
• Witness of testing and pre-commissioning / commissioning activities.
