Program Manager – Aerospace & Composites

About Lohia Aerospace :

Lohia Aerospace is India’s first multinational composites manufacturing company, specializing in high-performance composite components for the aerospace and defense industries. With a commitment to precision, innovation, and advanced manufacturing, we are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive and oversee critical projects.

Role Overview :

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading and managing aerospace and defense programs, ensuring seamless execution from design to delivery. This role requires strong technical expertise in composites manufacturing, along with the ability to coordinate across engineering, production, and client teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end program execution for aerospace and defense projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and international clients, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.- Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet program milestones.- Work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.- Identify and mitigate risks related to program execution, quality, and supply chain.- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular progress updates to leadership and clients.- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.- Ensure adherence to aerospace and defense regulations, certifications, and quality standards.

Key Requirements :

Experience in program management within the aerospace and composites industry.- Strong knowledge of composite materials, manufacturing processes, and structural analysis.- Experience in managing high-value, technically complex programs for aerospace and defense clients.- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and drive project success.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.- Familiarity with aerospace quality and regulatory standards (e.g., AS9100, NADCAP).- Willingness to work on-site in Kanpur and collaborate with international stakeholders.- Engineering or technical background is preferred.
