We are seeking an experienced Associate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the Indian job market context and possess the necessary hard skills and qualifications to effectively source, attract, and hire top talent.
Responsibilities
- Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, and networking events
- Screen and assess candidate resumes and applications to determine qualifications and fit
- Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews with potential candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate candidate and job posting data in applicant tracking system
- Participate in recruitment events and initiatives to build brand awareness and attract top talent
Skills and Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Indian job market contextStrong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to effectively source and attract candidates through various channelsExperience conducting initial phone and in-person interviewsStrong organizational and time management skillsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment toolsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldSkills Required
