Job description

Job Title : Accounts & Admin Executive

Location : Dwarka, New delhi

Company : A growing Interior Decoration Company

Department : Accounts & Administration

Experience : 3–4 years

Employment Type : Full-time

Job Summary :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to support our finance and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day accounting activities, manage administrative processes, and coordinate with project teams for timely updates. This role requires multitasking capabilities and strong communication skills to liaise across departments.

Key Responsibilities :

Accounts & Finance :

Prepare and verify Purchase Orders (POs) in coordination with relevant teams.

Maintain day-to-day accounting records (vouchers, invoices, payments, receipts, petty cash, etc.).

Assist in payroll processing and Full & Final Settlement preparation.

Support in preparing reports for management (e.g., expense tracking, cash flow summaries).

Coordinate with external accountants or auditors, if required.

Project & Site Coordination :

Conduct periodic site visits to gather project progress updates.

Liaise with Project Managers to track milestones, material deliveries, and labor utilization.

Maintain and share regular project update reports with management.

Administration & HR Support :

Handle employee attendance and leave management system.

Facilitate onboarding of new joiners, including documentation and induction coordination.

Maintain and update employee records and contracts.

Support general administrative functions (office supplies, vendor coordination, filing, etc.).

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in accounts and / or admin roles (interior design or construction sector preferred).

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of Tally or accounting software is a plus.

Good communication skills in English and local language.

Ability to visit sites as needed (travel allowance will be provided).

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
