PAG Transformation Developer Associate

As a Transformation Developer - Associate within the Asset Management Operations Strategy & Transformation group in PAG you will focus on delivering transformation projects that leverage advanced analytics automation and data-promoten insights to solve business challenges.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects involving intelligent automation process optimization and analytics using tools such as Alteryx Tableau SQL Python and UiPath.
• Track and report KPIs OKRs and project benefits (cost / value delivered inventory license / infrastructure costs) for senior management.
• Design develop and maintain automated workflows and dashboards.
• Mine automation opportunities across diverse datasets (Manual Process Inventory BPM / BDM data JIRA logs etc.) and collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement solutions.
• Contribute new ideas and perspectives to foster a learning mindset and stretch the thinking of the group.
• Stay current with emerging financial technologies and automation trends.
• Communicate effectively with project teams and sponsors throughout the project lifecycle providing updates on status risks roadblocks and outcomes.
