Job Overview : Description : We are looking for Dimensional Management Engineers who have 6-8 years’ experience in the automobile industry, in Body in White domain & Exterior / Interior to work on end-to-end dimensional management process for Body in White during the product development phase until SOP including defining tolerance specification, creating gap & flush plans, defining tolerance concepts and validating concepts through digital tolerance simulation

Perform tolerance stack up study 1D, 2D, or 3D during development phase to identify potential risk in production and provide solutions in terms of measurement strategy, alignment strategy, tolerance specification, assembly sequence or / and design

Execute tolerance simulation in 3DCS to replicate the production process digitally, usage of correct probability distribution in relation to manufacturing process and validate the robustness of the concept

Ensure quality and timelines of every delivery in the project.

Create Gap & Flush plans & concepts to ensure visual quality of the vehicle
