Role Overview

We’re looking for a

Retail Salesperson

for our

New Delhi store

who’s friendly, confident, and loves interacting with people. You’ll be the face of Silverfied — helping customers find their style, recommending jewelry, and ensuring every person leaves with a great experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in-store

Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable jewelry

Share product details, prices, and styling suggestions

Maintain the store’s visual appeal and cleanliness

Work closely with the team to achieve sales goals

Ensure a positive, memorable customer experience

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest in jewelry, styling, or fashion

Customer-first attitude and a friendly approach

Team player with a sense of responsibility

Prior retail or sales experience is a plus (not mandatory)

Minimum qualification : High school or equivalent
