Position : Social Media Designer & Content Manager

We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Designer & Content Manager who can handle end-to-end organic social media activities for 5–6 clients. This role focuses entirely on content creation, design, and client account management in reference to social media, "no ad campaigns or paid promotions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Design

Create engaging graphics, reels, banners, and creative assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Maintain brand consistency through templates and design guidelines.

Stay updated with the latest content and design trends.

2. Content Creation

Write engaging captions, scripts, and creative copy for posts and reels.

Plan monthly content calendars for each client.

Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and content needs.

3. Client Account Management

Independently manage social media profiles for 5–6 clients and coordination with video editor and other team members.

Schedule posts and maintain consistent, organic posting frequency.

Monitor post performance (organic engagement, reach, insights).

Communicate with clients regularly for feedback, approvals, and strategy coordination.

4. Strategy & Execution

Perform competitor and trend research to refine organic content strategies.

Suggest creative ideas and campaigns to boost organic engagement.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all content and designs.

Required Skills

Strong proficiency in Canva and CapCut (for reels and short video editing).

Strong writing skills for captions and content ideas.

Understanding of social media platforms, organic growth, and algorithm basics.

Ability to multitask, manage multiple clients, and meet deadlines.

Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 1 year of experience in social media design, content creation, or account management (organic content only).
