Junior HR Recruiter - MBA & BBA

Position Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Junior HR Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for MBA & BBA graduates eager to develop their skills in recruitment, candidate sourcing, and hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities :

Talent Sourcing : Identify and attract potential candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.

Screening & Shortlisting : Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Interview Coordination : Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Engagement : Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process and provide necessary support.

Job Posting & Advertising : Create and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.

Database Management : Maintain and update the candidate database for future hiring needs.

Recruitment Reporting : Prepare reports on hiring progress, sourcing channels, and recruitment metrics.

Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop hiring strategies.

Qualifications :

• MBA or BBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
