Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day clinic operations
• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and hearing aid fittings
• Provide high-quality home-visit audiology services
• Generate and nurture leads to grow the clinic’s client base
• Liaise with ENT surgeons, hospitals, and referral partners
• Ensure exceptional patient care and service standards
• Support training and development of junior staff
• Contribute to strategic planning and service enhancement
