We are seeking a dedicated MSP Production Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous availability of Managed Services Platform (MSP) applications and production systems.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide end-to-end production support for MSP applications, ensuring uptime and system stability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application and system-level issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and apply preventive measures for recurring problems.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes in alignment with ITIL practices.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve production defects and enhancements.
- Support code deployment, environment migration, and patch upgrades.
- Automate recurring support activities for efficiency improvements.
- Create and maintain production support documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base.
Required Skills :
6+ years of experience in application / production support.Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem management).Proficiency in SQL, Unix / Linux commands, and system monitoring tools.Experience in supporting MSP or similar enterprise platforms.Ability to troubleshoot integration issues across multiple systems.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.6+ years of experience in production support roles.ITIL certification (preferred).Salary : As per market standards (Negotiable)
