Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Research & Analysis
- Conduct primary and secondary research across industries, geographies, and market segments.
- Analyze market dynamics, competition, industry trends, and value chains to generate strategic insights.
- Evaluate market size, growth potential, customer behaviour, and emerging opportunities.
- Synthesize findings into clear, structured reports and presentations for client delivery.
2. Project Execution & Client Support
Support cross-border consulting and market entry projects in coordination with regional teams (Southeast Asia, Japan, Europe & U.S.).Assist in survey design, expert interviews, and data validation.Work closely with senior management and project managers to deliver research-driven recommendations.Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and client requirements are met consistently.3. Analytics & Insight Generation
Use Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to analyze and visualize market data.Interpret quantitative data (market sizing, financials, forecasts) and qualitative insights (interviews, reports).Identify patterns, correlations, and strategic implications to support decision-making.4. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare market research reports, opportunity assessments, competitor benchmarking, and sector deep dives.Develop presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries for internal and client use.Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.2–3 years of experience in market research, consulting, or business intelligence, preferably with international / cross-border projects.Strong knowledge of research methodologies (primary, secondary, and mixed methods).Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint;working knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or Python is a plus.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English.Ability to handle multiple assignments and deliver high-quality output under tight timelines.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sectoral research such as technology, manufacturing, automotive, consumer, or financial services.Exposure to Japanese, Southeast Asian, and Western markets.Familiarity with databases such as Statista, Capital IQ, Crunchbase, or Euromonitor.What we offer
