Software Engineering Team Lead

Job Description :

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related field), or an equivalent combination of technical education and work experience.
• At least 10+ years of professional software development experience 5 in a Senior or Lead position in C# / .NET / .net core.
• Strong technical background in C# / .NET, React.js or Angular and AWS-based or Azure Services technologies with the expertise to guide others.
• Demonstrable experience leading or managing software engineers, including performance management and mentorship.
• Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies, capable of supporting multiple engineers in various pods.
• Excellent communication skills, especially when translating technical topics for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Proven problem-solving ability, comfortable stepping into complex issues to offer clarity and direction.
