You’ll manage complex itineraries for high-profile clients and sports teams, providing human-led, end-to-end travel services. While experience in Sports travel is not essential, proven VIP travel experience is a must.Mode of Work : Work from HomeKey Responsibilities : - Arrange and book domestic and international business travel, in a variety of complexities, for air, road, rail, and accommodations - Use the GDS platform (Amadeus) to deliver efficient, policy-compliant solutions.- Offer proactive, bespoke travel support-ensuring seamless, round-the-clock service.

• Suggest value-added services like upgrades and ancillary bookings to enhance the experience.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support continuous improvement in service delivery. What We’re Looking For : - Mandatory : Experience (Minimum 5 years) managing VIP travel.
• Skilled in complex, multi-modal bookings and fare structures.
• Excellent communicator with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work on rostered shifts to support our 24 / 7 global clients.
