Job Opportunity : Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced HCM Implementation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities :
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, OTL
Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM
Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT
Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests
Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs
Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations
Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (e.g., GCC, India, UK)

Required Skills & Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules

Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles

Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation

Understanding of HR processes and policies

Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Reports is a plus

Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills

Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred
