Location : Malad West, Mumbai Shift : US Shift (5 : 30 PM - 2 : 30 AM IST)

Jaincotech is currently seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Senior Associate for our Order Entry team based in Malad West, Mumbai. This role is integral to our operations, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities :

Process customer purchase orders with high accuracy within the designated ERP system.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing clear communication regarding order status, stock availability, and backorders.
Conduct real-time inventory checks to confirm stock availability and manage customer expectations accordingly.
Maintain meticulous records by indexing all order information within the company&aposs software.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless end-to-end order fulfillment process.

Qualifications :

Demonstrated experience in data entry, order processing, or a related administrative role is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy are essential.

Excellent typing and data entry proficiency.

Professional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
