We’re growing fast and looking for a Marketing Associate to help manage and scale our presence on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and more.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and optimize paid ads across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces.

Monitor ad performance and implement timely improvements to maximize ROI.

Scale campaigns based on data insights and seasonal trends.

Coordinate with marketplace teams to activate ads, promotions, and visibility initiatives.

Drive growth through seasonal campaigns and platform-specific strategies.

Plan pricing, discounts, and promotions to increase conversions.

Ensure accurate, optimized, and SEO-friendly product listings.

Track inventory and coordinate with operations to avoid stock issues.

Align ad plans with stock availability to prevent budget waste.

Create and share performance reports with clear action points.

Present insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.

Maintain strong relationships with platform partners.

Follow up regularly to unlock growth opportunities.

✅ What We’re Looking For :

Interest in learning and executing paid ads (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, etc.)

Strong analytical skills and data-based decision making

Business acumen and understanding of D2C / marketplace dynamics

CatLog, listing, and pricing hygiene basics

Promo management and inventory coordination

Problem-solving under platform constraints

Confidence in communication and relationship management

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Follow-up discipline and persistence

Execution-first mindset with accountability
