QA Lead (4+ Years Experience)

We're seeking a detail-oriented QA Lead to spearhead quality assurance in our fast-paced agency environment . You'll take full ownership of the end-to-end QA process, ensuring flawless delivery across diverse projects, particularly those involving .NET and WordPress .

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications :

• Lead the QA team, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to junior members.
• Plan, create, and execute manual and automated test cases for .NET and WordPress applications.
• Manage deployment workflows and integrate quality checks using basic CI / CD knowledge.
• Implement best practices and identify process improvements in QA methodology.
• Proven experience in an agency setting with a strong focus on client delivery and tight deadlines.
• Technical proficiency with preferred tools : Selenium (automation), JMeter (performance testing), and Postman (API testing).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Zoho Projects (or Jira).
