Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced Site Engineer specifically for renovation and retrofit projects. The ideal candidate must have hands-on execution knowledge and the ability to manage labour teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day-to-day site execution for renovation works.
• Strong knowledge of tile laying, electrical execution, plumbing works, carpentry coordination, and finishing activities.
• Ensure quality of materials and workmanship as per standards.
• Coordinate with labour contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor site progress and report daily updates.
• Ensure safety, timelines, and project accuracy.
• Handle on-site problem-solving and decision-making during execution.
