Position : Billing Engineer

Experience : 4-5 Years

CTC : Up to the current CTC (Based on Experience)

Interview Location :

Work Location :

Trumph Tower, Kolkata

Job Responsibilities :

  • Preparation of detailed billing for real estate projects including measurement of work done,

preparation of bills, and invoices.

  • Manage and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and the project team to ensure accurate and

    • timely billing.

  • Verify the quantities, rates, and other technical details involved in the project billing process.
  • Coordinate with the finance department to ensure smooth processing of bills and payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of all billing transactions, variations, and claims.
  • Assist in project cost analysis and prepare reports for management review.
  • Ensure that all billing processes comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry

    • standards.

  • Review subcontractor bills and verify against contract terms.
  • Resolve any billing discrepancies and escalate issues where necessary.

    • Job Responsibilities :

  • Estimation, contractors bills making & checking, Site material tests , indent quantity making ,

    • work order quantity making, costing, AutoCAD drawing making & editing, monthly project

    report making, and other works

    • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in billing for real estate projects or construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, project management, and billing processes.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and other relevant billing software.
