The Role

You'll lead Large SMB + Mid-Market customers through their compliance journey, ensuring seamless onboarding and immediate value realization. This role blends technical program management with infosec / privacy consulting — translating frameworks (NIST CSF, RBI SAR, NIS-2, DORA) into actionable programs while becoming the customer's trusted advisor.

What you'll do :

• Own onboarding for Large SMB & Mid-Market customers → smooth adoption & impact from day one
• Act as an infosec / privacy consultant (implement NIST CSF, RBI SAR, NIS-2, DORA, etc.)
• Balance quick wins with long-term vision (integrations, API workflows, automation)
• Be the voice of the customer → influence product roadmap via insights
• Solve complex technical / process challenges & ensure frictionless delivery
