Dynamic and results-oriented Influencer Executive with minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in executing influencer marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on YouTube & Instagram . Demonstrated ability to support campaign execution, build creator relationships, and contribute to team objectives. Skilled in creator outreach, campaign coordination, and performance tracking while working closely with senior team members to deliver impactful brand collaborations.

Key Responsibilities :

Support end-to-end influencer campaign execution for brands across entertainment, lifestyle, tech, and other verticals under senior team guidance

Conduct creator outreach and initial communication , including identifying potential influencers, sending collaboration proposals, and maintaining creator databases

Assist in campaign briefing and coordination with creators, ensuring clear communication of brand requirements and deliverables

Monitor campaign timelines and follow up with creators to ensure timely content delivery and compliance with brand guidelines

Track and compile basic performance metrics from YouTube and Instagram analytics to support campaign reporting

Maintain organized records of creator contacts, campaign details, and performance data using project management tools

Support client communication by preparing status updates, creator lists, and campaign progress reports

Assist in identifying trending creators and emerging platforms for potential brand partnerships

Coordinate with internal teams including creative, account management, and operations to ensure smooth campaign execution

Help ensure legal compliance by tracking disclosure requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Fluency in any one Indian langauge Hindi or Kannada or Tamil or Telugu or Malayalam (mandatory) and English — strong verbal and written communication skills

2 years of experience in influencer marketing

Understanding of social media platforms, particularly YouTube and Instagram

Basic knowledge of influencer marketing metrics and campaign performance tracking

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking initiative on assigned tasks

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and willingness to learn influencer marketing platforms

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
