Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurgaon. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing HR policies, managing staff welfare and development, and ensuring a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will also be responsible for strategic HR planning to align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Skills in employee relations and staff welfare management
• Proficiency in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the office automation or technology industry is a plus
