We are seeking an 𝗘-𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 & 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 who can drive sales performance and manage marketplace operations across leading online platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Ajio, TataCliq, and Flipkart.

This role demands a self-motivated, analytical, and sales-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

🚀 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 :

𝗔) 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴

• Drive online sales and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets across key marketplaces.
• Manage and update product listings, pricing, discounts, content, and images on the website and various e-commerce portals.
• Collaborate with marketplace account managers and vendors to resolve operational or technical issues.
• Lead onboarding initiatives for new national and international marketplaces.
• Develop and execute campaign strategies to boost traffic and maximize sales profitability on platforms like Amazon, Myntra, and Flipkart.
• Coordinate with the marketing and design teams to create compelling banners, creatives, and promotional materials for digital campaigns.

𝗕) 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

🎯 𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 :

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in D2C sales and e-commerce operations (Myntra, Amazon, or Flipkart mandatory).

2. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding online sales targets.

3. Strong understanding of lifestyle and fashion products and marketplaces.

4. Technologically savvy and highly organized, capable of thriving under pressure in a startup environment.

5. Excellent communication skills verbal and written (English).

6. Proficient with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Zoho, Shopify , and e-commerce dashboards.

7. Must be a sales-driven professional with a data-led decision-making approach.

📌 𝗘𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 :

1. Experience : Minimum 3 years in e-commerce sales / operations.

2. Location : Candidates must be willing to commute to Charni Road (East), Mumbai.

3. Immediate joiners or those with a maximum 30-day notice period will be preferred.
