What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and structuring of custom learning modules for enterprise clients, turning complex organizational challenges into clear, engaging, and actionable learning experiences. Over time, take ownership of more of the full design cycle, from discovery through final delivery, working closely with senior L&D stakeholders.
- Support revenue growth by running key sales operations such as lead generation, pipeline management, and client follow up. Identify high value opportunities, keep mid funnel activities moving, and make sure nothing slips through as the organization scales.
- Strengthen leadership capacity by taking charge of essential business operations including procurement, invoicing, coordination, and special projects. Serve as the operational engine that allows senior leaders to focus on strategy and growth.
- Build strong client relationships by joining leadership on client calls and independently driving projects forward. Learn to manage enterprise stakeholder expectations and consistently deliver impactful outcomes.
- Develop high level judgment by gaining exposure to all core functions of the business, from product development to sales to operations. This is a hands on role with real ownership and decision making responsibility, not an observational one.
