Experience : 5+ years.

Location : Bangalore ( Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute Automic product installations, upgrades, migrations, and conversions for enterprise clients.
• Serve as the primary technical contact for end customers during project delivery, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the engagement.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to Automic deployments.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for deployment activities, configurations, and post-project support.
• Collaborate with client IT teams to plan and coordinate project milestones and deliverables.

Provide knowledge transfer, training, and guidance to client personnel as needed.
