Senior Software Tester (Product Development)

Key Responsibilities :

• Actively listen to customers to fully understand the issues they are facing
• Scope problems effectively by collecting relevant facts and context
• Investigate issues through Root Cause Analysis (RCA), involving cross-functional teams when necessary
• Guide and empower customers to access information and resolve issues independently when appropriate (self-service support)
• Ensure a customer-first approach while balancing efficiency and problem resolution
