Oracle Integration Consultant

We are seeking a Senior OIC Developer with 7–10 years of integration experience and deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role will serve as the lead technical expert responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data integration solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, HCM, SCM) and third-party systems. The ideal candidate combines strong technical leadership with hands-on OIC expertise to deliver secure, high-performing, and maintainable integrations.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and secure data integration solutions using OIC.

Architect end-to-end integration flows, ensuring performance, security, and compliance.

Optimization & Re-engineering

Re-engineer existing integrations for better performance, maintainability, and cost-efficiency.

Leverage OIC’s advanced adapters, orchestration patterns, and error-handling frameworks.

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

Guide junior developers by providing technical mentorship and enforcing best practices.

Lead architectural discussions and influence technical decision-making.

Troubleshooting & Support

Diagnose and resolve complex technical / functional issues with root-cause analysis.

Implement monitoring and support mechanisms for production-grade integrations.

Collaboration & Documentation

Partner with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical leads to translate requirements into effective solutions.

Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and process flows.

Best Practices & Governance

Champion integration best practices, API security, governance, and management within OIC.

Support CI / CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of integration artifacts.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Experience : 7–10 years in integration development, with strong focus on OIC.

OIC Expertise : Deep knowledge of orchestration-based, scheduled, and file-based integrations, plus API management.

Cloud / SaaS Integration : Proven experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (ERP, HCM, SCM) with third-party systems.

Advanced Features : Hands-on experience with advanced OIC adapters, error-handling frameworks, AI / ML-powered insights, and OCI services (API Gateway, Vault, etc.).

Leadership : Strong track record in leading technical teams and owning end-to-end deliverables.

Communication : Excellent ability to articulate integration concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
