To lead and manage the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations across designated projects. The role focuses on planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of MEP works to ensure adherence to design, quality, safety, cost, and timeline parameters. The incumbent acts as the key interface between design, procurement, execution, and subcontractors to ensure seamless MEP delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of MEP works.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements for MEP works and ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
- Resolve technical issues at the site and coordinate with consultants and clients for approvals and clarifications.
- Drive performance monitoring of subcontractors and vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards in MEP execution across sites.
- Ensure documentation and reporting of MEP progress, quality, and cost compliance.
