Senior AI Developer

We are seeking a skilled professional to develop intelligent AI solutions using the Langchain framework to enhance customer support capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Generative AI or software development, with a strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and AI agents.

A solid foundation in Python / Go programming is essential, as well as experience working with and integrating Zendesk APIs.

Key responsibilities include designing, building, and deploying Generative AI applications using Langchain, integrating them seamlessly with Zendesk via APIs, and implementing RAG pipelines for accurate context-aware responses from knowledge bases.

Frequent collaboration with support and product teams is required to understand student needs and refine AI solutions.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in GenAI or software development
• Hands-on project experience building applications with Langchain
• Demonstrable experience working with and integrating Zendesk APIs
• Solid understanding and practical experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Experience in designing and building AI agents using Langchain and MCP frameworks
• Strong proficiency in Python / Go programming
