Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop agentic AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, and tool usage
- Build single-agent and multi-agent workflows using modern agent frameworks
- Implement task decomposition, goal planning, reflection, and self-improvement loops
- Integrate LLMs with external tools, APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
- Develop and manage long-term and short-term memory architectures for agents
- Ensure robustness, observability, safety, and cost optimization of AI agents
- Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to deploy AI solutions at scale
- Evaluate and improve agent performance using structured testing and feedback loops
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in software engineering / ML / AI developmentStrong hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models)Practical experience building agentic systems (e.g., AutoGen, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or similar)Solid understanding of :Tool calling & function executionPlanning vs reactive agentsMulti-agent coordination & role-based agentsPrompt engineering & prompt chainingProficiency in Python (mandatory); familiarity with TypeScript / Node.js is a plusExperience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Chroma, etc.)Strong API design and integration skillsEngagement Details
