Job Summary :
We are seeking a Global Assignment Manager to manage and support the international assignment and relocation processes for employees. The role involves handling end-to-end mobility activities, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with immigration and tax regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- International Assignments & Relocation : Manage Corporate employee relocations, including visa processing, work permits, housing, and cultural integration support.
- Immigration & Compliance : Ensure compliance with immigration, tax, and labor laws for international assignments in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
- Relocation : Assist expats with home search, city orientation, lease negotiation and settling-in services.
- Stakeholder Coordination : Work closely with Corporate HR managers, global mobility service providers to facilitate seamless employee transitions.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of mobility cases, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Policy Implementation : Support the development and enforcement of global mobility policies and guidelines.
- Vendor Management : Liaise with external service providers, including relocation agencies, tax consultants, and immigration specialists, to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Cost Management : Assist in budgeting and cost tracking related to mobility programs.
Required Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Business, or a related field.4–5 years of experience in global mobility, HR, or relocation services.Fluency in French (DELF B2 or C1) and English (both written and spoken) is preferable, not mandatory.Experience working with expatriate management, visa processing, and international relocations.Familiarity with immigration, tax, and labor laws related to employee mobility.Key Skills & Competencies :
