Job descriptionAnalyse business requirements, user stories, and technical design documents to develop comprehensive test strategies and test cases. Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce implementations including Salesforce CPQ (product configuration, pricing, and quoting), Sales Cloud (lead / opportunity lifecycle), and Service Cloud (case management, SLA, entitlement processes). Validate custom developments, flows, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex classes / triggers, validation rules, and workflows. Conduct regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing across different Salesforce modules. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and provide detailed defect documentation. Automate test cases where applicable using Salesforce automation tools or frameworks like Selenium, Provar, or Tosca. Ensure data integrity and consistency during data migration and validation activities. Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation and test reports. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. 7+ years of experience in Salesforce testing. Strong hands-on experience in testing Salesforce CPQ, including configuration rules, pricing rules, product bundles, and quote templates. Experience testing Sales Cloud features like lead conversion, opportunity stages, account / contact management, and forecasting. Experience testing Service Cloud features such as case lifecycle, knowledge base, entitlement management, and omnichannel routing. Good understanding of Salesforce data model and standard / custom objects. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, or similar for defect and test management. Experience with API testing (Postman, SOAP UI) and data validation using SOQL / SOSL. Working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning interface and Apex code behaviour. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
