[Urgent] Mechanical Design Engineer

HCL Tech Hiring Mechanical Design Engineer (Creo)- Bangalore

Exp : 2 to 4 years

Educaion : BE / BTech in Mechanical engineering

Technical Skills :

Proficient in CREO - 3D , Assembly and 2D drawing creation.

Good in Design concept generation

Working experience on PDM / Windchill platform

Proficient in Plastic & Sheet metal design

Strong Knowledge on different Plastics and Sheet metal manufacturing processes

Knowledge of Design tools like DFMEA, DFM, DFA, etc.

Should have good experience in GD&T and Tolerance analysis.

Knowledge of prototyping process

Knowledge of raw material for Plastics and sheet metal and its applications.

Basics of tool / mould design.

Knowledge in Packaging design.

Lead Mechanical parts / Product qualification with internal and external labs (UL TUV).

Working experience in leading small Mechanical design team

Will be responsible for Mechanical design deliverables.

Must be able to work with Cross function team and execute design projects.

Good communication and presentation skills
